Plot Selection
Select the plot of land from the layout that best suits your investment, holiday home, or residential needs.
Verify & Reserve
We share a copy of the title deed for your due diligence. Upon satisfaction, reserve your plot with at least the minimum deposit through MPESA or bank transfer.
Sales Agreement
Upon sharing the payment confirmation, a sales agreement will be shared for signing. You will also submit: Copy of National/Military/Alien ID or Passport, Copy of KRA Pin & Passport Sized Photo.
Complete Payment
Please be sure to complete your full final payment according to the payment schedule you have selected. We will then share the necessary transfer documents for your own signature.
Collect Title Deed
We will let you know once the title deed is ready for collection. You or your authorized representative may collect from our office in person or we can send it to you via courier. Please confirm your preferred option, and we will arrange accordingly.
